This course is provided for those persons wishing to work in the property industry in NSW and participate in the listing and selling of properties or in property management services who are required to apply for an Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration with NSW Fair Trading. This process involves gaining a Statement of Attainment, which is a part of the nationally recognised Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We are unable to refund monies for students who do not turn up for classes or decide later after booking that they do not want to attend. Changes to class times are allowed, but not within 48 hours of the class commencing.

Payment Notice

To protect our students and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised transactions, all online bookings must be made and paid for by the same person attending the training. Third-party payments or payments made using another person’s bank details are not accepted.

Students must present valid photo ID and bank transaction record or history when attending training for verification. If the booking details, identification and payment information do not match, We reserve the right to cancel the booking and/or refuse attendance.
