Pre -requisites:The food safety supervisor course combines plain English and questions to ensure all learners have the best understanding of the required knowledge and skills.If you believe you will need assistance due to your Language,Literacy and Numeracy skills, don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your training needs.
Validity: New South Wales for 5 years
OUTCOMES:
Once a competent outcome is awarded, learners will be issued with a statement of attainment for SITXFSA005 Use Hygiene practices for food safety & SITXFSA006 Participate in safe food handling practicing practices. These units of Competency is Nationally Recognised Training from Tourism ,Travel and Hospitality Training Package.
Upon successfully completing the four key focus areas required by the NSW Food Authority—Allergen Management, Cleaning and Sanitising, Safe Egg Handling, and Food Act Offenses—students will be also issued an official NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, which will be valid for 5 years. The certificate is normally issued within three (3) business days after successful completion.Please note that students’ personal information will be provided to the NSW Food Authority for the purpose of verifying your Food Safety training, certification, and regulatory compliance.

ASSESSMENT
Assessment is via written questions and demonstrations in a simulated setting in the presence of our assessor.
WHAT DO I BRING?
Candidates must bring one form of original photo ID on the day of the course (passport,Australian Drivers License or RTA Proof of Age Card).
USI (UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER) REQUIREMENT
ALL Students doing nationally recognised training need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
What is a USI?
The USI is a reference number made up of ten numbers and letters that: creates a secure online record of your recognised training and qualifications gained in Australia, from all training provides you undertake recognised training with will give you access to your training records and transcripts can be accessed online, anytime and anywhere is free and easy to create and stays with you for life

Cancellation Policy
We are unable to refund monies for students who do not turn up for classes or decide at a later date after booking that they do not want to attend.Changes to class times are allowed.but not within 48 hours of the class commencing .
