    Our 4 hours barista course results in a Statement of Attainment listing the units SITHFAB005 Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee and SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety.This course is comprised of 4 Hours Classroom Delivery, a demonstration assessment in our training classroom and an online Written Assessment .Through the  training you will learn how to operate a commercial coffee machine, how to make perfect espresso, how to texture silky and high quality milk ,how to correctly use and set the coffee grinder , how to maintain and clean the coffee machine.You will be assessed by observation of practical tasks and written questioning which will take place through self-paced online resources study. You will also learn follow hygiene procedures, identify food hazards and prevent food contamination.You must complete all assessment tasks satisfactorily in order to achieve competency of these units.

This White Card course covers the basic WHS knowledge required prior to commencing work tasks within any of the sectors of the construction industry. In order to work in the Construction Industry, you need to complete a White Card course.Once a competent outcome is awarded, learners will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for CPCWHS1001 Work safely in the construction industry.An SOT(Statement of training) is issued and is valid for 60 days. The final SafeWork NSW White Card will be posted to the students address within the 60 days.

  • Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

    HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (replace old unit HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation) provides training for individuals to give Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), a skill that helps maintain blood flow to the brain and heart in an emergency. The theory and practical aspects of this course not only equip people with the knowledge of CPR, but also teach them how to identify if the situation calls for a CPR or not, and the confidence to practise it.

    Participants get hands-on and interactive training on all aspects of basic resuscitation as well as the use of defibrillators in the public setting. They are taught the skills necessary to maintain breathing and circulation in an adult, child, or infant, following cardiac arrest.

    The content of this course is based on <a href=”https://resus.org.au/guidelines/”>Australian Resuscitation Council Guidelines</a> and applies to all workers who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.

    HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting

    The Child Care First Aid course presents the following key skills and knowledge:

    • Recognise and assess an emergency situation
    • Ensure safety for self, bystanders and casualty
    • Assess the casualty and recognise the need for First Aid response
    • Seek assistance from emergency services
    • Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in accordance with the guidelines established by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC)
    • Provide First Aid in accordance with established First Aid principles
    • Ensure casualty feels safe, secure and supported
    • Obtain consent from casualty where possible
    • Use available resources and equipment to make the casualty as comfortable as possible
    • Operate First Aid equipment according to manufacturers’ instructions
    • Monitor the condition of the casualty and respond in accordance with First Aid principles
    • Accurately convey incident details to emergency services
    • Report details of incident in line with appropriate workplace or site procedures
    • Complete applicable workplace or site documentation, including incident report form
    • Report details of incidents involving infants and children to parents or caregivers
    • Follow appropriate workplace or site procedures to report serious incidents to the regulatory authority
    • Maintain privacy and confidentiality of records and information in line with statutory or organisational policies
    • Recognise the possible psychological impacts on self and other rescuers and seek help when required
    • Contribute to a review of the First Aid response as required

This is an essential basic medical training applicable to all kinds of workplaces and workers, to prepare against certain unforeseen medical circumstances.

    This unit entails a range of activities such as identifying and assessing a medical emergency, followed by responding calmly and managing the situation. It also teaches students the legal responsibilities of a first aider. Knowledge of first aid increases the sense of safety and well-being in students as well as potentially reduces the risk of irresponsible behaviour and common avoidable incidents.

    The unit applies to workers who may be required to provide, coordinate, and manage a first aid response across a range of complex situations in community and workplace settings.
