房产销售证书课程 (COR)

This course is provided for those persons wishing to work in the property industry in NSW and participate in the listing and selling of properties or in property management services who are required to apply for an Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration with NSW Fair Trading. This process involves gaining a Statement of Attainment, which is a part of the nationally recognised Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification.

We are unable to refund monies for students who do not turn up for classes or decide later after booking that they do not want to attend. Changes to class times are allowed, but not within 48 hours of the class commencing.

Course Code (one day includes):

Students who wish to be real estate or stock & station assistant agents will be required to complete five (5) Units of Competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

  • CPPREP4001 Prepare for professional practice in real estate
  • CPPREP4002 Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate
  • CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in real estate
  • CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate
  • CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts

A certificate holder is known as an Assistant Agent (Class 3) and once you commence working in the industry, you will be required to transition to a Class 2 licence within four (4) years.

Each year an Assistant Agent MUST complete three (3) Units of Competency from the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice as their Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

In addition, Jessie’s Training Group P/L offers the 房产销售证书课程 (Strata Management) in NSW.

Students receive electronic PDF training materials and exercises. Complete the exercises as required and pass to graduate without examination. You can start learning at any time. Our courses have classes every month. We only provide offline face-to-face teaching in Chinese and English. After class, you need to complete the exercises as required and you can graduate after passing all the assignments. There is no exam.

 

A property certificate of registration lets you work as an assistant agent in:

  • real estate
  • strata management or
  • stock and station.

This is the starting point to becoming an agent in the real estate and property industry.

Nationally Recognised Barista Course is delivered, and the statement of attainment is issued by Jessie’s Training Group Pty Ltd.

Course Requirements

  • This course requires a level of physical ability to complete practical assessments. If the participant’s health or fitness restricts him or her from performing physical activities associated with this program, they will be able to participate but may not be eligible for a nationally accredited certificate.
  • Online Pre-course Learning is part of the course assessment. Statement of attainment won’t be issued if a participant doesn’t complete the online pre-course learning.

 

LLN (Language, Literacy & Numeracy)

  • This course combines plain English, photos, and questioning to ensure all learners are able to have the best possible chance at comprehending the required knowledge and skills. language, literacy and numeracy that are essential to performance.
  • LLN ((language, literacy and numeracy) skills will be assessed prior to entry to the course.
  • If participants need assistance due to the language, literacy or numeracy skills, please contact us to discuss the training needs.

 

Assessment:

Assessment will confirm knowledge and skills have been achieved to demonstrate competency across the unit. Assessment will be in accordance with the Principles of Assessment and the Rules of Evidence.

Participant are offered multiple opportunities to demonstrate knowledge and skills throughout the course. If a student is not successful in completing all assessments satisfactorily, they will need to rebook the course at the full course fee.

 

Volume of learning:

  • 3 hours of unsupervised pre-course work prior to attending.
  • 4.5 hours classroom assessment in form of:
    • written theory questions
    • case study scenarios
    • practical skills demonstration

 

USI:

All participants doing nationally recognised training from January 1, 2015, need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
