Our 4 hours accredited barista course results in a Statement of Attainment listing the units SITHFAB005 Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee and SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety.This course is comprised of 4 Hours Classroom Delivery and an online Written Assessment .Through the  training you will learn how to operate a commercial coffee machine, how to make perfect espresso, how to texture silky and high quality milk ,how to correctly use and set the coffee grinder , how to maintain and clean the coffee machine and basic latte art skills.

What Includes?

We will teach you 13 different kinds of coffee that you can find in cafe which include: Short Black ,Ristretto, Long Black, Short and Long Macchiato ,Cappuccino ,Latte, Mocha, , Flat White, Hot Chocolate, Affogato, Iced Coffee and simple latte art etc.

Through the 5 hours training ,you will also learn basic latte art techniques .We small group training ,hands-on experience ,our trainer full of industry experience and are coffee experts, start your training from here and you will have a good journey !

ASSESSMENT

You will be assessed by observation of practical tasks and written questioning which will take place through self-paced online resource study.You must complete all assessment tasks satisfactorily submitting them to your trainer for marking to redeem for all these units.

WHAT DO I BRING?

Candidates must bring one form of original photo ID on the day of the course (passport,Australian Drivers License or RTA Proof of Age Card).

USI (UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER) REQUIREMENT

ALL Students doing nationally recognised training need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI)

What is a USI?

The USI is a reference number made up of ten numbers and letters that: creates a secure online record of your recognised training and qualifications gained in Australia, from all training provides you undertake recognised training with will give you access to your training records and transcripts can be accessed online, anytime and anywhere is free and easy to create and stays with you for life

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to refund monies for students who do not turn up for classes or decide at a later date after booking that they do not want to attend.Changes to class times are allowed.but not within 48 hours of the class commencing .

COVID-19
If you have recently arrived in Australia, please wait until 14 days after your arrival to book your training session. Jessie’s training group will not permit entry to any participant who has been in Australia for less than 14 days.

If you are feeling unwell or have cold/flu like symptoms, please wait until these symptoms have passed before booking into your session. In the interest of protecting the health and safety of other participants, Jessie’s Training group may not permit entry into our classrooms if you are presenting cold/flu symptoms.
